Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the app, or submit a request below if you no longer have access.

Delete from the app

Open Friend Indeed and go to the More tab

Tap Settings

Scroll to the Other section and tap Delete Account

More > Settings > Other > Delete Account

Read the confirmation and confirm deletion

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What happens when you delete your account

Your name, phone number, photo, and bank details are permanently removed.
Your contacts, friend lists, saved requests, and notifications are deleted.
Your login credentials are removed and you will no longer be able to sign in.
Transfer history involving other users is retained in anonymised form to preserve the integrity of their records.

Deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, your account cannot be recovered. Make sure you have resolved any open requests or pending transfers before deleting.

If you no longer have access to the app, submit a request below. Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.
